Four Resources for HS Students/Parents About Sleep

To advance Lake Norman Charter's mission, we focus our energy in four strategic areas: Engagement, Global Diversity and Inclusion, Technology, and School-Life Balance.  Phase I of the School-Life Balance committee's plan, which I serve as Co-Chair, involves providing valuable resources in the areas of Health & Wellness to our stakeholders.

The focus of these resources for the month of March is Sleep.

Here are the four resources shared with high school students and their parents:
The Importance of Sleep for Teen Mental Health
U.S. News & World Report

Sleep in Middle and High School Students
C/o Centers for Disease Control and Prevention

Teens and Sleep

Sleep Foundation
