Knights of Honor - October 2019

The Lake Norman Charter High School Knights of Honor program recognizes students for their personal progress in fulfilling the LNC Honor Code.  The KoH program allows faculty and staff to nominate students who demonstrate one of the four pillars: Honesty, Integrity, Respect, and Responsibility.

This month’s winners are: Junior Abby R. (Integrity), Senior Nathan W. (Responsibility), Freshman Dillon E-W. (Honesty), & Freshman Annemarie M. (Respect).

Their respective nominations:

During the first days of school Anne was kind enough to befriend a new student and sit with her during lunch helping to make her feel welcomed at LNC.

Abby knows when she is good at something, but she also knows (and is willing to admit) when she needs help or needs to work harder. She never accepts defeat and I am so proud of her for all she continues to accomplish!

Dillon is a great student. He exemplifies the honesty and integrity of a Lake Norman Charter Knight. He is not afraid to speak up and do what's right. I appreciate his candor and confidence.

Nathan has gone above and beyond to research and include others in his theatrical set design. His hard work and dedication will bring a totally new dimension to our theatre team. He took a welding course from CPCC, and has been teaching others his new found skill to build our scenery for the fall competition production.

Congratulations to these students for being their best and thank you for viewing,
