Knights of Honor - January 2020

The Lake Norman Charter High School Knights of Honor program recognizes students for their personal progress in fulfilling the LNC Honor Code.  The program allows faculty and staff to nominate students who demonstrate one of the four pillars: Honesty, Integrity, Respect, and Responsibility.

This month’s winners are: Freshman Evan T. (Respect), Freshman Nicky J. (Responsibility), Freshman Emmerson H. (Responsibility), & Junior Holland M. (Integrity).

If it were possible to nominate Evan for all of the categories, I would. Evan embodies every Knight of Honor trait. He's conscientious about his academic work and he's always polite and respectful. He truly is a role model for all of his peers.

Nicky works hard every single class period and puts forth his best effort. He keeps himself accountable for his work in class and readjusts when he knows he can improve. Nicky is not only is productive, but also extremely detailed in his explanations and other classwork.

Emme always volunteers to read or answer questions in class. She does her work with detail and goes above and beyond to be her best.

Holland is ray of sunshine in my class; she is diligent, respectful, and all around awesome. Although very quiet and reserved, she has such a positive attitude and eagerness to do well. I fear that quiet students often times get overshadowed and Holland deserves recognition for being kindhearted, responsible, and respectful. She works to improve in areas she struggles within the subject and genuinely puts her all into every assignment and task. I appreciate her compassion, honesty, and desire to succeed.

Congratulations to these students for being their best and thank you for viewing,
