Knights of Honor - September 2021

The Lake Norman Charter High School Knights of Honor program recognizes students for their personal progress in fulfilling the LNC Honor Code.  The program allows faculty and staff to nominate students who demonstrate one of the four pillars: Honesty, Integrity, Respect, and Responsibility.

Our September recipients are: Freshmen Bella B., Emma C., Ava C., Lydia M., & Kate R. (Integrity), Sophomore Summer H. (Responsibility), and Senior Ashely P. (Responsibility).

Their respective nominations:
Kate, Emma, Lydia, Ava, and Bella all invited a senior to sit with them so he didn't have to eat by himself during lunch. A great act of kindness and leadership! [nominated by Mr. Schroth]

Summer is an amazing young lady.  She works hard in my Biology classroom and takes responsibility for her learning.  I have enjoyed getting to know Summer and look forward to helping with her continued success. [nominated by Mrs. Williams]

Ashely constantly attends tutoring with multiple teachers.  She strives to do well on every assignment.  She is also involved in Senior Class Council and Prom Committee.  Ashely is friendly and gets along well with her teachers and peers.  She is a role model for her peers in that she always gives 100% in every class and every club that she is involved in. [nominated by Ms. Zaino]

Congratulations and thank you to these students for being their best!

Thank you for viewing,
